 Ponderosa Bluffs

In August 2018 I returned home to Colorado after working a field summer with the Forest Service in Northern Montana. On the way home, I detoured through Utah with my friend Scott - we traversed a section of Capitol Reef National Park. We descended from the Aspen-rich mountains into the sandstone buttes of the desert below. Somewhere in the middle, deep orange and tan rolling bluffs crash into a Ponderosa forest.
